Shipping
All ground shipping within the continental United States is included in price.
We ship most orders via UPS Ground to arrive in 3 to 7 business days.
We apologize, but at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
If you prefer or require expedited shipping, please call or email us with detailed instructions.

Returns
Due to the size of our company, products we sell and the relationship with our vendors, please pay close attention to our Return Policy:
Only initially defective products are eligible for a refund.
All initially defective products must be returned directly to the original manufacturer (not TTRC) within one week (7 days) of receipt. The manufacturer will then examine the product and decide whether or not the product was initially defective.
If the product is deemed in good working order, and not defective, a refund will not be granted. If you need assistance in determining how the product should be sent to the manufacturer, please call us for instructions.
If a product is not defective, or you have chosen the wrong product, or wish to return the product for any other reason, you will not be granted a refund.
Please, please make sure you have chosen the right product for your needs before you complete your transaction. We are available via email or phone to discuss and consult with you prior to making your final decision. As a matter of fact, we encourage you to call us before you purchase to make sure you are buying the appropriate product for your needs!
Please make sure to inspect the product immediately upon receipt and keep all original packing in case a return/refund is granted.

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc., which is provided by the user, is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients as well. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, and billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
Errors
There may be errors in the prices, descriptions, images and/or availability of certain products. We reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
